The Country Estates Collection Sleigh Bedroom Set is constructed from birch and cherry wood. Included are the queen sleigh bed with available upgrades to a king or California king sized bed, nightstand, and a dresser with mirror. Additional pieces include the nightstand and a high chest. All are hand rubbed to a high gloss in a cherry stain color. The pieces all have tapered and turned post feet. The queen sleigh bed has the traditional sleigh type headboard but the rest is made in the low-profile style. The mirror is framed. Case pieces like the nightstand and dresser have hooded hardware and dovetail joints. The moldings on the pieces are inspired by the Louis Phillipe styling of furniture. The Country Estate Collection Sleigh Bedroom Set is at once contemporary in its setting while feeling like an heirloom.
